Welcome aboard the Hooligans, a 37- foot Seavee (370z) center console fishing machine designed to provide the ultimate fishing experience. Equipped with a host of features to ensure comfort, safety, and top-notch performance, Hooligans is ready to take you on an unforgettable adventure on the waters of Cape Cod. The 370z is meticulously engineered to offer maximum cockpit space and storage capacity for gear, bait, and ice. Its extraordinarily large rear fishing cockpit is outfitted with an abundance of in-deck storage lockers, fish boxes, and bait wells, making it an ideal vessel for serious anglers.

Fishing Gear
We utilize a diverse range of high-end tackle tailored for different fishing methods to ensure an exceptional fishing experience. All custom rods built by Zack's Custom Rods.
Light Tackle Fishing:

Spinning, Bait, Jigging, and Custom Rods: Specifically designed for striped bass and false albacore.

Medium Weight Fast Action Spinning Gear: Ideal for topwater fishing opportunities.
Fly Fishing:
We will provide fly rods, reels, leader, & flies upon request. Please give us a heads up in advance if you plan on fly fishing. Bringing your own gear is recommended. Experienced anglers only please.
Offshore Tuna Fishing:

Jigging, Popping, and Conventional Rods: Utilized with 30, 50, 80, and 130 class reels, depending on the size of the fish targeted. We use live bait and artificial lures depending on the bite and size of fish around.

MEET THE
CAPTAIN
Bob MacDonald
Captain Bob MacDonald has been a resident of Cape Cod since 2013. Originally from Connecticut, Bob has been visiting the Cape since he was 5 years old, cultivating a deep connection with the area and its waters. His passion for fishing developed at an early age fishing with his father in Chatham and the thrilling experience of hooking his first tuna in college years quickly turned into a lifelong addiction. Bob is United States Coast Guard licensed captain, holds commercial and recreational fishing licenses, as well as CPR and First Aid Certification. The options are endless, from fishing for striped bass and bluefish in the Monomoy Rips to heading offshore for tuna, sharks, marlin, and swordfish.

The industry standard is 20-25% gratuity if you enjoy your experience.
We will fish in all weather at Captains discretion – safety is priority. We are happy to accommodate another day if the weather does not permit.
Xtratuf Rubber Boots, boat shoes, and other boat specific footwear are preferred. Please NO dark or marking soles. If the weather permits no shoes & bare feet are allowed.
Client agrees to pay full replacement cost of any rod/reel/tackle or other property of Hooligans lost overboard due to negligence, accidental drop, or other misfortune.
Hard alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs are strictly forbidden aboard the vessel.
No smoking.
Glass bottles are not allowed on board.
Canned beer is allowed. If you choose to bring beverages, please choose cans or re-fillable canteens/bottles and pack out what you bring aboard.
What to Bring
Water Resistant Jacket (even on sunny days) or full foul weather gear pending wet/windy weather.
Rubber boots or boat shoes only.
A second Layer or Sweatshirt. It is much colder offshore than land.
Drinking water.
Snacks or lunch in a small cooler.
Sunscreen.
Sunglasses.
Motion sickness medication as needed.
Children ages 12 and under MUST always wear a life jacket to comply with USCG regulations. Life jackets are provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
What NOT to Bring
Bananas (Bad Luck).
Bad Attitude.
Hard Liquor.
Cigarettes/Cigars (No Smoking allowed).
Disposable coffee cups.
Sneakers.
Marking Shoes or sandals.
Glass Bottles (Canned Beverages/Beer are okay!).
Styrofoam Coolers.
Anything that can easily blow away.
Ponchos.
Large coolers (we have coolers).
You do not need a recreational fishing license on a charter in MA.
Illegal Drugs.
Pets.
